Prices and payments

The purchase of this service must be made at least 2 days before the chosen date.

Payment for this service is made by credit card through the CECA (Spanish Confederation of Savings Banks) payment gateway.

The prices indicated are Retail Prices I.V.A. included.

The price includes: The accompaniment / guide service of a Past View assistant and the use during the contracted route of the devices consisting of smartglasses, touchpad and headphones.

The price does not include: Any unspecified service as well as extras such as transfers, tips, etc.

The guide or person in charge of the arranged groups does not get free, that is, they will have to pay the cost of their Past View device if they are going to use it.

Payment conditions

Products and services will be paid by credit card. The online store certifies that it does not have access to the credit card data that customers use to make purchases.

It can only be paid in cash at the customer service desk. In this case, the reservation will not be confirmed (places not insured) until payment is made.

Confirmation of purchase and reservation.

Customers make the purchase of the products or services available as they are described in the frequently asked questions. Before confirming the purchase, the client will see the unit cost of each preselected product, or the total cost in case of purchasing more than one product or service. Once the purchase is made, you will receive an email confirming the transaction by means of a document containing a summary of your purchase and the total amount of your order.

Confirmation of the reservation will be made a maximum of 48 hours after receipt of payment. This confirmation will be made by sending an email with an attached document detailing all the reservation data.

They must download a voucher with the reservation data, which must be printed and presented at the box office upon arrival. To make the group reservation effective, the organizing institution / person in charge of the group must leave a deposit of 600 euros by blocking the bank card to cover any of the following damages produced during the use of the device:

The place for the collection and delivery of the Past View device is located in the Metropol Parasol Space. The address and its location on the street map are indicated on the purchase voucher.

Cancellation policy.

Cancellation fees. For cancellations made 15 days in advance or greater than the date of the activity, 80% of the amount paid will be returned (20% penalty). For cancellations made 14 days to 48 hours in advance of the activity date, 50% of the amount paid will be returned (50% penalty). For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the date of the activity there will be no refund.

To cancel or modify your purchase, you can contact us by phone (+34 642 344 836) or send us a message from the email address you indicated in your purchase to granada@pastviewexperience.com indicating the reservation number and the intention to cancel. This may entail the expenses previously indicated in “Cancellation expenses”.

No amount will be reimbursed to the client who incurs in a “no show” (no-show without prior notice).

Provision of the service.

Schedule. There will be daily shifts at times specified on the Web. Each shift will be made up of a group of maximum 20 people.

The duration of the route will be approximately 2 hours.

Force Majeure

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Past View will not be responsible for interruptions, suspensions or malfunction of the product, when it originates from breakdowns caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, lightning or fires, force majeure situations, extreme urgency situations. such as strikes, lockouts, riots, or any other situation of force majeure or fortuitous cause.

Past View reserves the right to suspend the service for any of the reasons stated above as well as for unfavorable weather conditions for the enjoyment of the service with guarantees. This suspension of the service may be carried out up to 5 minutes before the service. If so, the client will be given the option to change the ticket for another for a later date or a form will be provided to refund the amount.


  • The company will not be responsible for possible effects derived from the use of the device.
  • The company will not be responsible for access to spaces not adapted for dependents or with architectural barriers.
  • The enjoyment of the Past View product is done through a guided walking route through the streets of Granada. The company will not be responsible for possible incidents caused by third parties as well as the consequences of accidental situations.

Cancellations and changes

Past View reserves the right to cancel the reserved route due to inappropriate weather conditions. We consider that the route cannot be enjoyed in the rain and also the Past View glasses cannot get wet. In this case, the reservation will be changed to another day or shift. If the rain is very weak, the route can be done and we recommend that you bring an umbrella.

If the client wishes to change the date of his route, it will be the responsibility of the company to do so or not. On the part of the client, the date of the reservation can only be modified due to justified force majeure and it will be the company that facilitates the availability. You must notify it at least 24 hours in advance.

Refund: 50% of the amount will be refunded if notified up to 48 hours in advance of the contracted tour.


Cancellation policy: If the cancellation is notified 15 days in advance, the total paid will be refunded. From 15 days to 7 days, 50% of the amount paid. Less than 7 days, no amount will be refunded.
